I have now spent one week in London, and I have enjoyed much of the city by way of sightseeing. I went to see the London Bridge and actually walked on it. I never thought that the Thames would be so nice from the view of the bridge. However the bridge did not open since there was no ship passing beneath it. I also went to see the Buckingham Palace and met a lot of other people, mostly tourists who had come to see it too. I travelled by tube for the first time today, and it was very exciting. I am amazed that I could actually purchase some food that I thought I wouldn't get in London (waakye). So far I am enjoying my vacation. I hope to visit Manchester in the course of this week.
